The Innovation Community consists out of the network of experts and innovators from a wide variety of industries. In addition to members and partners, sponsors, supporters, team, board and advisory board can also be found here. Become part of the community!

Open Space.

The Open Space, on Eschbergerweg in Saarbrücken is versatile, changeable and offers plenty of space for free, creative thinking and new ideas. The Makerspace offers the right opportunities for trying out and testing. Try it!

Projects.

The core are the innovation projects. The members create new solutions, prototypes and business models together. We support this with financial resources, among other things. Have a look!

Physical, virtual or hybrid – in a variety of events and workshops we work with the latest methods and approaches on the challenges of our members and partners. From sustainability to cybersecurity – you should take a look!

CoLab4DigiTwin
The digital twin. Plant construction and the planning of construction projects are often very error-prone. The solution is a 3D collaboration platform that makes it possible to edit and share 3D models together. The project is now to be transferred to a larger funding project.

The networked parking lot of the future. More and more electric cars are entering the market and the need for charging options in private and public areas is increasing. In the ieMETaS project, the challenge for the energy network and urban planning should be solved at an early stage.

In this project, various heavy rain events are simulated in a demonstrator. It will be shown how flooding can be detected early in combination with various measuring sensors, how to deal with the data obtained and what measures can be taken to prevent damage.

Trainee recruitment made easy! A shortage of skilled workers and the recruitment of trainees pose challenges for many companies. In the innovation project, these challenges should be considered from the perspective of companies and students and a suitable solution should be found as a platform or app.
